All ingredients are organic and locally sourced. All of the chocolate used is french Valrhona or Tcho chocolate. Supporting my local farmers’ market is a must! Sweet Oak Bakery uses all natural ingredients! No artificial coloring or fondant cakes.

All orders need a minimum of 2 weeks noticed to be confirmed and finalized. All orders are made to order and custom build, therefore we need time to process make and fit your order into our schedule. Cakes can be picked up with a coordinated appointment time at either farmers market. Gluten-free and vegan options are available please ask so we can provide information.
Berry Vanilla

Triple Chocolate Layer Cake
Layers of rich chocolate cake frosted inside and out with chocolate buttercream topped with chocolate ganache and cocoa nibs. A classic and best seller! If you love chocolate this cake is for you!
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Layer Cake
Layers of rich chocolate cake frosted with Chocolate mousse and fresh organic raspberries. This cake is topped with more raspberries and cocoa nibs. If you are a chocolate and raspberry lover this cake is for you!
Flourless Chocolate Single Layer Cake
This unique single layer cake is shaped like a torte and is extremely rich. It is flourless so it is also gluten-free. It does contain almond flour, so it is not nut-free. The cake is topped with fresh berries from the farmers market and dusted with icing sugar. It serves 8-10 guest and can be stored at room temperature. This cake is one of my all time favorites and will be here to stay for a while since is it a fan fav!!
Passion Fruit Coconut Layer Cake
Layers of coconut cake cake frosted inside and out with coconut chantilly cream. Passion fruit curd filling is between the fluffy layers. Topped with toasted coconut and passion fruit! Perfect balance of tart and sweet.
Lemon Poppyseed Layer Cake
Layers of fluffy lemon poppyseed cakes filled with lemon curd. Whole cake is frosted with lemon buttercream. Cake topped and garnished with dried lemon slices and a sprinkle of poppyseeds.
Gingerbread Eggnog Layer Cake
This holiday classic is full of spice, sweetness, and just the perfect amount of tart. Layers of fluffy gingerbread cake frosted inside and out with eggnog buttercream. Topped with local spices and organic dried fruit. Not only is this cake festive it is delicious!
